New Braunfels Chiropractor | First Visit
Welcome to Stamps Chiropractic
Our goal on your first and every visit to our office is to make you feel as comfortable and welcome as possible. Our main concern is your health and wellness, and we strive to give each patient the best care possible.
When you enter our office, you will sign in and be greeted at the front desk. If you already have your new patient paperwork complete, great! If not, as soon as that is complete we will begin your first visit.
Comprehensive Consultation and Examination
You will start with a short 7-minute consultation video about your visit. Next, one of our staff members will review your paperwork and administer a thermal scan on your spine. This scan is a non invasive test that can help us to detect and pinpoint disturbance in your Nervous System. You will then have your consultation with Dr. Stamps to discuss your health goals and concerns. Dr. Stamps will do a complete examination to evaluate you and your condition. Occasionally x-rays are needed to best evaluate and treat you, but not in every case. We do encourage you to bring any X-rays, MRIs, or medical records you already have that may be helpful to us. You an Dr. Stamps will then discuss how chiropractic care can benefit you and what the best treatment plan will be to help you achieve your goals. We will then proceed with your chiropractic adjustment and treatment.
Wellness Assessment Questionnaire
Following your exam and adjustment, you will receive your Wellness Assessment Questionnaire to take home with you and complete for your second visit. This will give us even more insight into your lifestyle and stresses that may be affecting your health.
You will then check out with our front desk. They will schedule your next appointment and collect payment for your first visit. Your first visit will be $65-$80. Any therapy such as ultrasound, muscle-stem, or massage therapy will be an additional fee. If you are filing insurance with our office, your fees will vary based on your chiropractic benefits.
This visit will take approximately 45 minutes. This will most likely be your longest visit, as we want to take the time to thoroughly assess and get to know you and take the time to explain your treatment every step of the way.
